    A Full Wedding package is available on request. Our wedding package includes all the wedding suppliers needed to help complete your wedding planning.
  2. Are you flexible with your menu choices? Can we make suggestions? »
    Menus can be tailor made to suit the customers requirements.
  3. Is there a vegetarian alternative? Can you accommodate special dietary requirements? »
    There is a vegetarian choice of foods. We can also accommodate special dietary requirements
  4. How soon can we have a menu tasting? »
    Menu tasting can be arranged at your earliest convenience.
  5. What kind of kitchen facilities will you require? »
    The venue must have washing up facilities that run hot and cold water.
  6. Is the serving staff included in the price? What will the staff wear? »
    Serving staff are included in the price. all our staff will wear uniforms provided by us.
  7. Do you provide all necessary china, glassware and utensils? »
    All China, Glassware and utensils are available on request.
  8. If rental equipment is necessary, who is responsible for it's delivery, cleaning and return? »
    We are 100% responsible.
  9. Will our contact be at the reception to oversee the event? »
    Yes.
  10. When is the final guest count due? »
    One week before the event.
  11. What brands of beverages will be served? »
    Generally the client will provide us with their request.
  12. Can we supply our own alcohol? Is there a cork age fee? »
    Yes, you can provide your own drinks but some venues may charge a cork age.
  13. In the event of a paying bar, do you have a license? »
    We do not require a license for a paying bar provided by the venue.
  14. Will you supply extra bar stock like ice, fresh lemons/limes, etc.? »
    Yes.
  15. Do you have the correct glassware for the beverages we will be serving? »
    Yes.
  16. Can they place name cards for seating arrangements? »
    Our clients are welcomed to use place cards for seat arrangements.
  17. How far in advance are bookings required? »
    You need to provide us with a minimum of one months notice.
  18. How much is the deposit to secure the date and when is it due? »
    50%
  19. How soon after the event is the balance due? »
    Complete payment is required 1 week before the event.
